MyZenHome offers a 12-month warranty for all products and strictly abides by Australian Consumer Laws.
If you’re on this page, it is likely that something may be wrong with your product. Don’t worry, MyZenHome has an amazing customer service dedicated to provide assistance for all your problems.
Our customer service team will send you a Return Merchandise Form (RMA), this is all done online, so you don’t have to find a pen or pencil and send it via snail mail. You can just simply contact our CS team and they’ll guide you through a step-by-step process.
The return and refund are based on the information on the RMA form. Please make sure the information provided is correct.
A refund will be processed to the same bank account the item was purchased from.
