Conditions for Returns & Refunds

- Damaged on Delivery: Report damages within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.
- Original Condition: Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with intact packaging unless the defect prevents this.
- No Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted, even if the product matches its description but is no longer desired.
- Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for all postage costs related to returns unless otherwise required by law.
- Exclusions: Items such as bedding, pillows, towels, and personal care products cannot be returned once used, except as required by law, due to hygiene concerns.
Additional Terms and Exclusions

Refunds
